Complaint Review: Motor Car Auto Carriers

Lessor Beware, Beware, Beware!!!! Mr. Bruce Balsley and Daniel Mumma are both individuals you or your Company do not want to do business with. We were leased on to the Company we told all these wonderful stories about being one of the family when you lease on with Motor Car. Fact is Mr. Balsley will tell that he will give all the business in the world, but when you lease on Mr. Mumma then takes control with his senority dispatch, you get to bottom of the barrel. Unless you pay Mr. Mumma, but the family does not know about this little issue, right Mr. Mumma. They do now! 

Bottom line Lessor's do not do business with this Company. We currently have had to hire a Collection Attorney to collect the revenue which is owed to us from transporting vehicles for this Company.

They will lie and tell you anything you want to hear. But after your leased on and paid your $1,700.00 plate fee which they keep??? You are in for nothing but lies-lies-lies-upon lies. The best loads go to certain people who pay Mr. Mumma for them on the side. Then you can't get paid from Motor Car itself. Further, Mr. Balsley has a temper that is unmatched. This guy is simply crazy when he get's mad. He will scream so high you cannot even understand what he is talking about.

The whole company is family owed so good luck to any Lessor with this Company, you are going to get ripped-off it's just a matter of time. The owners all came from another company in the Denver area and their reputation is not great also. But are problems are not with that Company it is with Motor Car Auto Carriers. 

Lessor's     Stay - Stay - Stay away. Save yourself alot of problems.
