My Daughter purchased a Car 3 months ago and her transmission went bad, already? a 2000.00 job or maybe more! come on it is very obvious that this used car dealership is a scam! Her check your engine light came on a week after she bought the car she called to make an appt. to see what the problem was they could not get her in until 3 weeks later you get it now they were buying time, her warranty was 3000 miles / 30days. They never fixed the problem. Now her warranty has expired they say they cannot do nothing about it. My daughter is a single mother of one and was wanting to purchase a reliable car to get her to and from the sitters and get to work and these people did her wrong. I believe that they are not doing a thorough job in checking the cars before they sell them to the community or they are just covering up some problems just to get the sale.
I recommend please do not buy a car from this dishonest used car dealership.
Motor concepts has many other locations as well and this is not only a one location complaint the whole company needs to be reported. they cannot continue to rob people.
