Complaint Review: Motor Club of America

I wonder how many people are aware of who MCA Club and TVC really are??? I am continually reading all these scam reports of unfullfilled promises, AAA is cheaper and better, MCA Club & TVC that clearly 90% of the population don't know.

Everyone seems to go on and on about how Motor Club of America has been around since 1926, and yet they haven't had the presence of AAA....h***, most people never heard of them before this opportunity to make money came about. Why???

Simple, MCA has been a service available to professional drivers only until this opportunity came about in 2011. In other words, you had to have a CDL to take advantage of their roadside service. Yea, AAA doesn't cover that one anymore than MCA Club used to cover 4-wheelers. Different companies, different services.

So who is TVC and how do they fit into this? They are "The Truckers Voice in Court", yup, afraid to say this is another legitimate service offered by another specialty company....not to be compared to AAA.

You see, these two companies have spent many many years together combining their services and marketing them to professional drivers from major truck stop chains. How do I know this, I was a driver!

I recieved my CDL the end of 2007 and drove OTR, and often I was confronted by someone standing in front of a small booth telling me how I should "protect my license" (TVC) and/or "get free towing" (MCA) for a small investment of 19.95 for the "Pro-Driver" account. (still called that today)

Now I never bought the service back then, mostly because I was driving a 2008 KW T2000, I was under warranty. Since fuel was expensive and I did consider myself to be "a professional driver", speeding wasn't an issue either. I just felt as if I didn't need them at that time.

Yes they are more expensive than AAA, but I don't see them footing the bill to haul an 70ft truck weighing 80,000 pounds from the middle of nowhere for "99.00" a year. Pretty sure they are going to hang up on you if you call insisting on legal representation for an accident you caused or a ticket you recieved. People are literally comparing apples to oarnges here, they are both good....but completely different!

Fast forward several years to 2011 when this became a huge opportunity to work from home, I seen it and knew who it was, it seemed like a no brainer to join and start promoting for them. So why did they create this new program as a way for people to make money from home all of a sudden? They expanded their services to include all drivers!! Simple!

They needed a way to get out there and get some serious exposure very quickly, and instead of spending billions on TV advertising, they created one of the best affiliate programs I have ever seen. They offered "advanced commissions" (keyword there) as an incentive for people to really want to get on board with this, and they also made a few changes to what they offer which cater more to the four-wheelers. Like 500.00 if you end up in the ER as a result of an accident. (don't hear anyone complaining about the cost then)

Anyway, they did get people on board very quickly....virtually every skilled marketer out there was all over this one, but that doesn't mean they are good people. They were in it for the money and nothing else, and that's exactly what they used to sell it....the money!

This makes them nasty people. It makes them lying cheating predators who have no problem getting rich at the expense of others, but it does not make MCA Club or TVC a scam! 

People looking to work from home must use caution, you must use some common sense. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is....and yet it doesn't mean there is no truth to it. It simply means you must first find out "the truth" about the company you are going to market, and by that you must dig deep my friends.
