Scam artist. Advertises in Want Ad. Took my car in for engine replacement. Benjamin Collin, President of Motor Man, promises it will be completed in 2-3 days. Paid $1900 deposit. Call back in 3 days and Motor Man said it will be another week. This happened several times. Will not return deposit. After 6 months, he said the car is ready. Inspected car and noticed AC no longer working, engine overheats, and strange sound when starting. Motor Man agrees to fix them. 3 weeks later and no progress. Motor Man later said he will not fix the problems. Must paid in full and pick up vehicle, otherwise $20 per day storage fee will be added to bill.

Took Motor Man to court (Newton District Court docket #200212SC000726). Won court case and subsequent appeal. Court order Motor Man to return my car immediately and refund my deposit. Deposit never refunded. Court issue a Capias warrant for Benjamin Collin.

Hired Norfolk Deputy Sheriff for his arrest. Benjamin is now in hiding from Sheriff. Warrant still out for him.
