CROCK AND CROOK!!! We were with Motor Millions for one year and made nothing. We put all our efforts into it and nada! We even bought the EBAY marketing package after a 2 hour conversation with a "team-member who cares". On our own and with the lead package that we bought as well. CROCK and CROOK. We called as specified on the 11th month and did all the things they required to be qualified for the one year full money back guarantee and we have still not gotten any answers and have not seen our money back. We keep being told that there is NO MONEY coming into the business and they are backlogged on refunds. I fear we will never see our money... I cant even get a call back. I keep leaving message and no avail. I even called Arizona and asked to speak with Dean and I was told that it is his office I called but he is never there and does not speak to customers. The receptionist has never even met him. It has been since December of 2004 I have been trying to get our money back. It is not August 2005 and NOTHING. Mary in customer service provides no help and keeps referring to a "list" that she gets from accounting every month with the people who are lucky enough to be getting a refund. I have spoken to her twice and have left tons of messages. She just keeps telling me that I am going to get my money and that I should call the following month if I dont hear back from her. I am to the point where I am ready to take legal action. How does DEAN sleep at night? Stephanie Fort Calhoun, Nebraska

The Truth About Motor Millions

#4UPDATE Employee

Fri, December 28, 2007

I can totally understand your frustration. As a company we strive to satisfy 100% of our customers and make sure that we fulfill on everything that was promised. Reading through your report it seems that you have slipped through the cracks. We have over 100,000 satisfied students and our goal as a company is to ensure total client satisfaction.

What most people don't know is that Dean sold Motor Millions to a larger company in 2004. To make a long story short, they made significant changes to the company to increase the bottom line and in return, they diminished customer satisfaction and were overloaded with refund requests. They tried to manage, yet got overwhelmed and put the company into major debt and basically stopped paying the bills and refunds. At this point, Dean had two options; he could watch the company he built go bankrupt at the hands of another and watch them not pay the people who got involved. And by all rights he could since he did not own the company. BUT most people got involved in Motor Millions not knowing that Dean was no longer the owner, it was Dean on TV and he was the one who created the manuals and books. So instead of just watching this happen, he took Motor Millions back-or should I say he took on enormous amount of debt. Debt he did not create. He took the show off the air because he was not satisfied with the new products they were selling and Dean started chipping away at the debt and paying refunds to people that were in the refund queue. He was using personal money and money he was making from real estate and other ventures to pour into the debt filled Motor Millions company. Many people got upset because they did not know the details and that was a hard thing to bear because Dean worked so hard to create a solid company with the highest customer satisfaction rate possible. This was just more motivation to pay everyone back. The fact is that many people were delayed for a long time to get a refund, but no one was denied. To date, Dean has spent over a Million Dollars of his own money paying back people for a product that he was never even paid on.

One last thing. Dean was a broke kid who made a great deal of money from cars and taught others how to do the same with Motor Millions. Dean also found amazing ways to make money with real estate at a young age and went on to make millions in real estate. He is still an avid investor and teaches people techniques he learns through trial and error. His new book Be A Real Estate Millionaire is a NY times best seller and an amazing book.

Motor Millions Scam

#4Consumer Suggestion

Tue, November 01, 2005

Stephanie,

I saw your ripoff-report on this and have gone through the same trauma. I was the original poster of the "Think A little Different Ripoff":

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff111096.htm

Please do a search on this website for:

"Dean Graziosis Think A Little Different ripoff"

or search just Dean Graziosi

if the link above does not work.

Looking at the address of the Motor Millions deal you gave it looks to me that Graziosi has an umbrella company that hosts all these scam companies.

Firstly, follow the porcedure I have outlined. Call your credit card company immediately (the one who you first bought the business deal with). Explain to them in detail what has happened and what transpired from your dealings with these guys.

Secondly, make a list of everythign that has happened. Date it, make copies of the documentation. If no documentation, write down what you can remember of the phone calls and when they happened [ie date them].

Thirdy, do not give up. It is very important to not let these guys strong-arm you into submission. You have an excellent set of attorneys acting on your behalf at the fraud team within the credit card companies.

Lastly, the information you have been getting from Mary about getting your rebate in 21 days (or whatever the timeframe is), is a stall tactic. If you wait passively it will never happen. You have to be pro-active in this one. Sorry :-(

Best of luck,

His whole routine is "how to sell used cars". I can sum it up in one sentence. "Buy low, sell high". That's about it. You fix what has to be fixed to make the car safe, and sell it AS-IS to someone who wants it. Take the profits from that one, and do it again and again. You will never make millions from doing this. Have you ever seen a used car dealer driving a Gold Plated Cadillac? Most of them drive the same junk they sell. People selling the high end vehicles don't go to auctions, which is where used car dealers buy thier cars for sale. New cars will make you more money, but you have to have serious backing to get the franchise. The money with new cars is in the service bays and F&I. Most used car dealers I know add $500 to their cost in the car and live pretty well that way, not making million$, but doing okay. The money you wasted trying to learn this from that guy is gone. I gave the whole program to you for free, so it should even out. Good luck in the future.
