On 22 December 2007, I ordered 2 trucks from site firetruck offer.com/?ms I called the 888 number on the acknowledgement. I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes. When they finally picked up, after several gyrations, they said they had no history of my order. They then placed me on hold for an additional 45 minutes. We went thru this 3 more times each time with a hold of 30 to 45 minutes.

As of 1/2 hour ago a person claiming to be a supervisor named Norisa came on to reinstate my order. I supplied her my credit card info. She quoted a price about $10 more than the price on my confirmation. I faxed her the previous confirmation, and was led to believe they would honor the previous price. She said she would call me back, no call as of yet.
