I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from a Motor Werks dealership in August 2016. The vehicle was sold with 22k miles and "remainder of factory warranty" The Jeep spent a total of about 6 weeks at the Infiniti Dealership because they sold me a vehicle with a voided factory warranty. When they offered to make the repairs themselves, they hacked up the job, causing more damage and requiring the Jeep to spend more time in a service bay being repaired. Recent communication from the dealership involved me waiting out a 90-day wait period and incurring the cost of a deductible for repair. Factory warranties don't have waiting periods or deductibles. Since my warranty is void, through no fault of my own, they think it's appropriate to just tell me to wait and pay more $$$. When I told them I wasn't happy with that and hired an attorney they told me to bring it back and they would take it to Jeep themselves. After them hacking up the previous repair I'm not comfortable with them doing any more work. I wish I could take it to Jeep myself... but I can't. I have video and pictures of the TERRIBLE repairs that were done. They were so bad the GM actually seemed embarrassed. There were missing parts, and others not secured... potentially damaging additional components. I'm still experiencing issues related to the repair and they refuse to allow it to be fixed correctly.
