Complaint Review: Motorcars LTD

Dishonest, poor workmanship, poor ethics, should be shut down. I had taken my vehicle for diagnosis and repair of engine. At first the service manager Keith presented his business as an "expert in Land Rovers". They don't know what they are doing but fully dedicated in charging. After nearly 3 weeks they wanted $10,000 for repairing an engine, stating that it could be higher and they don't know until they get in there. They were very upset that I would not pay them to fix the car. At the end they charged my $150 more than the quested charge for the stated and agreed on email fee. They did not connect the fuel injectors and were left in the air, the window had been left open and the driver floor was soaking wet and full of dust. Their response was that we have expenses. They are dishonest, lied to me constantly, did not put the parts together as paid, disrespected my property and vehicle by leaving the window open and not cleaning up. Never go to this place again.
