Complaint Review: MOTORCARS LTD

Motorcars took advantage of my parents. They were driving to visit my family (actually to see their two year old grandson) during Christmas time and they Jag broke down. My parents were able to make it to Motorcars and he said their alternator was coincidentally, there was another elderly couple there like my parents who had a bad alternator. Hmmmm! (800 x 2, you do the math). My parents had it fixed, then the owner said that the battery was bad as well and asked that they pay for the battery in cash. My parents made it to the bay. Drove back down south and their car broke down (about 4 days to a week after they got the car fixed) a little after Motorcars (10 mi). My parents called "Motorcars and he wouldn't tow them and said it was just business (what implication that was, I'm not too sure). They ended up getting the Jag back to the dealer, who stated on a piece of paper that the battery was not out of juice and the alternator was not bad...go to an honest mechanic and not Motorcars auto repair...he pays off the tow truck people.
