Motorcyclecarbs.com Robert Reid Zero customer service!! Kennesaw Georgia
I placed an order for a carburetor rebuild kit on Sat 2/25/17 with motorcyclecarbs.com, and tried to communicate with the company immediatly after placing the order to confirm that the kit I ordered had parts to replace both my carbs in my twin cylinder 700 CC bike. The contact section on their email site only lists their email address and no phone number. I emailed them that day and have emailed them a total of 4 times since without response. It has been 5 days since I placed the order in which I paid using pay pal. My pay pal account still shows that the transaction is pending but yet there is no option to cancel the payment because it seems motorcyclecarbs has locked my payment in even though they have done nothing in the way of respond to my questions or shipped the order. My final email to them today was me asking them to refund my money and keep their product. I'm sure they'll never see or respond to any of my emails but I sure hope they refund my money. I am going to a different company to get my product because I need to know that one day I'll actually get what I pay for.
Also when searching the internet on how I could leave bad feedback on this seller, I stumbled across numerous other complaints of how poor the communication was from motorcyclecarbs.com and aso multiple entries on where people paid for their product but didn't receive them for weeks and months. There was a response from motorcyclecarbs on one of those complaints saying they were sorry for the lack of communication but they've had a rough year. Sounds like continued poor customer service to me.
I buy car/truck parts, motorcycle parts, four wheeler parts etc. online every week and have been doing so for years. To this day I've never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service. I will never deal with this company again and am going elsewhere with my business. Congrats Robert Reid/Reil (whatever your last name is) on losing another customer. Now please refund me my money.
