   After receiving a pilot screw adj wrench in the mail that would not suit my needs, I attempted to contact by fax and by e-mail, ( because there is no phone #) to no avail. My requests for any kind of response have fallen on deaf ears. In an attempt to return the product I requested a return auth number, like that will happen that was two days ago. I should have shopped Ebay. Not to mention it took 3 weeks to get it in the mail, the it's the wrong one. after i posted a question as to it's proper application. and the bike still sits. and I've got a disgruntled customer! He gives a bad name to the rest of us out there trying to make an honest buck.

After speaking to the owner of motor cycle carbs, we have come to a complete  resolution of or problems. there were issues on his end that made it impossible physically and technically to respond. He has treated me  fairly and with respect in our resolution, which is no small fete considering the lashing I delivered. There was a catastrophic server failure that made doing business in a timely fashion virtually impossible. If I could remove the original report I would. I will and have recommended motorcyclecarbs.com to my friends and will continue to do business with Motorcyclecarbs.com. in the future.
