The company has no records of this customer name or Return Authorization number. We believe this story is a hoax.
They are a reputable company serving thousands of customers online.
It's impossible for an online company to "rip off" anyone as long you pay with your credit card. This person could have easily called their credit card issuer and received a full refund.
This accusation is false and fabricated.
