MOTORLAND SPORTS Sold defective product and did not repair unit correctly after complaint Philadelphia Pennsylvania
COMPLAINT INFORMATION:
Sold defective product and did not repair unit correctly after complaint -
On July 23rd, 2004 I purchased a Turbo 49cc motor scooter (Red Color First). I payed for it in full on July 29th, 2004. All it did was smoked and burned. With a policy of no refund and no signs posted in store. They gave another scooter (Silver Color) which was also defective. I got a flat tire in less than a week, and the seat was also broken. They fixed the flat by putting a defective tire and another broken seat and charged me $95.00. I asked them to give me the replacement parts and they refused. In 2 days the seat and the tire was broke again. They blamed me for the problems. I need help, there is something wrong with their business tactics. I have all recipts and dates.
Thank You!
