I brought two Motorola Razr V3 phones (one is black and the other is pink) back in March 30th, 2006 and have a family plan with T-mobile.

Two weeks latter I found out the vibration is not working on the back phone. And about two months latter the pink phone is not working, it drains out the battery (I got the battery fully charged and let it sit there, about two hours latter the phone got shut off because no juice left in the battery), I switched the battery from the black phone and it also drain it off.

I called T-mobile about the problems with the phones and spend a couple of hours on the phone to trouble shoot, then finally they said the phones are not from T-mobile therefore, nothing they can do for me.

I called Motorola and spend a few hours on the phone to trouble shoot and I was told to send the phones in for them to repair. The black phone got returned on the same day they received it saying they cannot support. One weeks latter the pink phone also got returned back to me with no repair and said they cannot repair because the phone is not in the region.

I called Motorola again to find out why and I was told because the phone is not made in the U.S.A. that why they cannot fix it. I told them the phone should be cover by the manufacture because it is made by Motorola but I got no response from that. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was not honor.
