Complaint Review: Motortoyshop

I ordered a Red and White moped for my daughter from Motortoyshop.com. in Salem Or. When it arrived it was silver and black. Not even close! Definitely not girls colors. I wanted to have them ship me a new one and ship the Red & White one back to them. They didn't want to do that. I asked them to credit me $300 to have the Moped repainted to the red & white colors that my daughter ordered. They refused. I then asked for at least $200, they refused and offered me Twenty dollars. They told me they can not control what colors are shipped. My daughter and I are extremely disappointed!I would not do business with this company again and and will tell everyone about how we got ripped off. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? With Motortoyshop it's "screw the customer".
