Mototones ripoff cheaters fraud Internet
This company charges $30 for a "lifetime" membership. However, after a short 2 or 3 months, the website is gone and I cannot access my account.
I just found out that they are now operating under the name instatones.com now instead. The website is EXACTLY the same as the mototones.com site was, but my username/password no longer work.
These are the same people, and now they are scamming another group of unfortunate souls like myself.

People please don't be confused that this is the MotoTones ringtone App on iPhone made in 2012. The new MotoTones has nothing to do with this at all and this report should be removed!

I work for what is now instatones.com and this site is not a rip-off. We had sent out a mass email to all of our members telling them that www.mototones.com had been changed to www.instatones.com. Obviously not everyone recieved that email. The change has been made so that in the future we can offer our site to other phones as well and not just motorola phones. The site is exactly the same and any one who was previously a member of mototones.com will still be able to log in using the same username and password at instatones.com. We are sorry if this changed confused any one and we hope to see you back and customizing your phone at instatones.com.
