We bought a Motovox mini dirt bike for our son for Christmas. We paid for the 2 yr. extended warranty on this bike, you know just to cover everything!! Well, that was worthless, because Motovox takes over 2 months to replace & send parts. Well, we actually waited over 2 months & "never" got the parts. We were lied to numerous times by Brian (the so-called customer service representative) & so was the repair dealer that was trying to get the necessary  parts to repair it. It sat in his repair shop for over 2 months! At this point, we were totally disgusted with the situation. We returned it to KMart & got our money back - a full refund!! We actually deserve more for our aggravation & our son's dissappointment & heartbreak!! Our son loved riding this bike until the bearrings fell out & the gas line came loose while he was riding it. We are just blessed that he wasn't injured!! So many defects..... and they could care less about the customer's situation that THEY have actually created!! They have no intention whatsoever in repairing any of these bikes - warranty or no warranty!! They continually lie & mislead their customers into believing that the parts are "on the way"!!! Yeah, right!! They are liars & rip-off artists!! They do not care about the long term customer service - only the fast buck they make when they sell the product, then the hell with you!!! That's their attitude!! I would highly recommend to anyone & everyone NOT to purchase anything from Motovox, unless they enjoy getting the shaft!!
