Bought a Motovox gas powered mini bike for my son and couldn't wait til Christmas so I gave it to him Thanksgiving weekend.  He rode it for a week before it started spitting oil everywhere!  Called Motovox, they finally called back and
told me to take it to their authorized repair shop that they would fix it under the warranty with no  problem.  I took it to their
repair shop on December 14th.  It's now January 10th and it's still there!!!!  The repair shop says it's definitely a warranty issue and they found several manufacturer defects in it that need fixed, but Motovox won't answer their phone now or return his calls to give him the okay to fix it under the warranty claim!  They won't return my calls now either!  I'm going to pick it up from the repair shop tomorrow and I'm returning it to Sears!!!!  Would never, never recommend buying one of
these if you actually want to be able to ride it!!!!!!!!  Horrible customer service and they will be lucky if I don't sue them for refusing to honor their warranty!!!!!
