The initial reason for the truck being towed was to have the brakes fixed. The driver showed up it was Dec.5 of 2005

He got the truck up on the roll back and he started pulling out his truck and mine on it came rolling down the hill, ran into a pine tree in my yard.

He pulled back up the hill. Then the cable broke,my truck rolls off of the roll back comes down the hill towards me and the house. I move over as the truck bounces by rolls across the front steps, tears out the wrought iron railing, breaks some bricks hits the house, scratched it and finally settled in the driveway.

The owner of this circus of a company shows up and says well we have to wait til tomorrow to get this. It has a hole in the gas tank. Yeah it does now.

Next day they come out to get it the whole neighborhood making a specticle of the situation. They get it hauled off and Michael Cronshey himself says he'll bring us firewood cause this was the only means we had of getting any heat in the house. This never happen. Truck never got fixed even the damage they caused was never fixed. I took them to court.

They counter sued for storage. Judge give us only $1,200.00 cause Cronshey wanted $8,000.00. He wanted $300.00 for a replacement gas tank to pay him for. I couldn't believe it Cronshey stood there and said Why would these people sue an old man thats going to lose his arm and a leg to some illness? Well I can tell ya, a month later when I saw him he looked fine with both arms and legs.
