My good funds were given to Donald Berry on 7-31-12 by pay-pal. The auction said manufactioner and deliver would be about 8 weeks.So this con man really knew how to play the rules seeing as e-bay and pal-pal will only back you for 45 days.I have filed complaints with many law agencies .Still no refund. We need to stop this crimal. Has far has I' m concerned this is theft by deception which is a fifth degree felony ! Bankruptcy attorney will do no good when the person had no intention on delivering the product in the first place!
