West Valley City,Ut.84120 Re: Water leak on bathroom ceiling[Possible cause, toilet or pipe from upstairs unit] 4660 s. 3860 w. 3G Dear NWP Services Corporation/Mountain View Apartments. On 6/19/2017 I notified you of the issue on my bathroom for a second time and asked when will the problem would be resolved ever since that date mentioned above until this day I have not being helped. Currently because of the condition that I am going through due to a spinal surgery that I had on 6/28/2017 and to this date I have not been able to use my bathroom for reasons of hygiene and possible infection in my neck due to the bad condition of my bathroom for which I feel my self obliged to retain/withhold my rent payment until problem is resolved.
