I ordered a building from them back on 3/22 and was told they were 2 weeks out on building on delivery. It was over a month until the building was delivered and it was broke. The door would not close and the door case was busted. I contacted the company on 5/5 and Brian sent a text asking what the issue was. I sent him over images of the problem and he said he would call to make arrangements to come out and replace the door.

Fast forward to 5/19, the finance company, Jennifer from Platinum Rentals called asking for a payment and I told her I was not paying for a building that I could not use. She quickly sent me back over to Mountain View and was told there was never a work order put in and there were no notes. They then put in the work order for the repairs. Ir was not until 5/28 that I received a call from Bryan saying that he just now got the work order and it would be another 3-4 weeks until he could get out to make the repairs.

I told them to just come pick the building up because I am not making payments on a building that I could not secure and that they could just refund the deposit I paid them on 3/22 of $218.58 which of course they are refusing to do so now I am going to seek legal action to get my deposit back. Like I told Jamie from Platinum Rentals, "if you buy something at the store and it was broke, you would get your money back correct?"

Company states "Building was in excellent shape upon pickup". You can clearly see by the images that the building was damaged & you could not even close the door. When the company refused to fix it, I told them to pick it up.

The companies driver also destroyed my yard when picking up the building. After I told the driver it had rained the past 3 days, he is not to drive the truck in my yard, he disregarded and drove into the back yard and got the truck stuck. Not only was my yard destroyed, they also hit the building when trying to pull the truck out. (see video)

I will be seeking legal action against the company for my $236 deposit and the repairs of my yard that their driver destroyed after being told not to drive on it due to it being wet.
