Complaint Review: MountainBlack - Your Mountain Experience

DON'T BUY.  I was enticed by the seemingly low prices.  Never received my item.  Got PayPal involved and got my money back.  MountainBlack claims the insurance claim that I filed with them was approved, but things started rolling only after I got PayPal invovled.  All the writing of an unreliable re-seller is on the wall: the completely poor use of the English language, the ONE customer service representative, no VAT included in the price, the fake address (company not based in Europe) and phone number where nobody picks up.  If anything positive is written about this company on this website I would bet it comes from someone who has an interest in keeping this company going.
