Mouthglove.com Klaus Buschan - owner Bo Jordan - Manager Didn't get full refund KUTZTOWN PA
In June 2019, I ordered a partial upper denture for my teeth from Mouthglove.com. Lots of emails back and forth and impressions etc and got my first partial which was short a tooth. I told them so they redid it and sent another one - also didn't fit - way off in size.
He said they had fulfilled their obligation and would return 150.00 to me as per their policy on their website and as soon as I had returned the partials they would refund. Reurned partials right away and even had post office tell me when they arrived at their location. Several days went by and no refund. Several emails went back and forth and eventually they refunded 100.00.
I have asked for the other 50.00 numerous times to no avail. This procedure was to cost 385.00 US. I had to pay 465.00 CDN. To date I am still waiting for the other 50.00 I know it's not a lot of money but for me it's a week's groceries or more. I'm a senior living on pensions so not easy for me.
