Move 4 Less Liars, Theives, and downright untrustworthy Las Vegas Nevada
i hires Move4Less because they were not a broker and assured me of their quality and satisfaction. Rina, the sales representative, assured me i would eb getting the best price and that wrapping and packing of my furnature was included. she also emailed me a $100 dollar coupon to make my move more affordable telling me i could use it at pick up OR drop off.
Rina quoted me a price of 53 cents per pound no matter how much stuff i had and that it would not change. when the movers came to pick up, i was told by Yaakov that i would have to pay more per pound if it exceeded the space limit...when i told him of teh agreement i made with Rina, he did not belive me and had to call and argue the point until it was finally given to me.
yaakov then told me that furnature wrapping was not included in the price and i would ahve to pay for tape at $3 a roll... when all was aid and done the tally of tape was 16 rolls... when i asked to see the empty rolls it was only 11 and i was given attitude about it.
i called the company and spoke with the manager Mie who assured me he would do what would make me happy and told me that i could halve the price of packing and he woudl notate it on my papers when they arrived. i was instructed to write his name and extension with teh agreed price down and if there were any questions, to contact him.
when my stuff was due to arrive i callled the company to get the final tally and Mike claimed he had no recollection of this conversation and that he could not discount the packing price... he had it notated in his computer but siad he did not approve it... WHAT a LIAR!!!!! mike assured me Abraham (Avi) the owner would call me back and after repeate dcalls to him Avi NEVER returned my calls.
when the stuff arrived, they said i could not use the coupon, nor did they have a weight for the truck so i had no idea if my stuff actually weighed what the estimate was....after i said i would call the police they ageed to drop off my stuff.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OF LIARS AND THEIVES beacuse they are dishonest and will not do the right thing. and will do anything to keep your money.

Rip Off Reports vs. Move4Less is Increasing in Number. I also complained about them and I received the latest response from BBB of Las Vegas

I can understand and relate to how Chefgirl of Denver, CO feels about the whole thing. I have recently received a confirmation from the AMSA that Move4Less is illegally using their association logo and the matter has been reported to the directors for further investigation. Recently, the BBB sent me copies of the response of Move4Less (of course, all lies and denials) and we submitted a non- agreement or non-satisfaction for what the Move4Less alleged. We are pursuing this matter and elevate it to the fraud task force of Nevada so that Move4Less can be warned and asked to refrain from ripping off people to their own selfish advantage. I suggest that you continue submitting all your concerns/ complaints to the appropriate regulating authorities and prove your claim. For if no one acts accordingly to the scams perpetrated by Move4Less...there will be more victims in the coming days. You see, Move4Less is an expert in scams and rip offs..and they know how to get away with paperworks...but I bet you..they may fool the investigators...but they will never get away with it....I am pretty sure that one day, they'll be finally caught and locked up. Just remember, what goes around, comes around....what you sow is what you reap....and I could hardly wait for that day to see Move4Less pays for their crime of fooling people....they are the worst I've ever seen...
