Move My Net Worth The Credit Exchange Forced to join a pyramid scam called MoveMyNetWorth to keep my job at The Credit Exchange Santa Ana, California
I currently work for a company called The Credit Exchange and it's owner has basicly forced me to join a pyramid scheme called MoveMyNetWorth. We have been told that if we are not with him we are against him by not signing up and I really felt pressured by this man.
Now, I'm starting to get really nervous because I found out you can get a felony for promoting a pyramid scheme. I have also heard many rumors of this owner having mental and drug problems from the co-workers.
I have only been with the company a short time but I don't know what to do. This pyramid is such a rip off and everyone knows it but feels pressured to keep their mouths shut. I can't really afford this service rright now either but if I cancel it I have to pay $200 and probably will lose my job.
HELP!

Laura - I understand that MoveMyNetWorth is the newest scam of Steve Vanderhoof and The Credit Exchange. It is just a matter of time before the federal authorities close down his operation, but in the meantime you and other employees that feel victimized by him should contact the labor board in Orange County. The Credit Exchange is already in litigation over previous employees who were not paid for weeks at a time waiting for "pending commissions." How any of his "managers" can stomach working for this man is beyond me as he is not only riping off the consumers but he is riping off his employees. Only aggressive action by the labor board and employment attorneys will be able to shut his operation down.

Immediately seek out legal counsel. I believe there is a class-action law suit against The Credit Exchange where previous employees are trying to get unpaid wages from Steve Vanderhoof. It is important you do not waste too much time there.

I am a former employee of the credit exchange as well here in Nevada. Chris Paskvan and Stephen Vanderhoof robbed me of close to $1000 in commision. If you are on Vanderhoof's sales team it will eventually happen to you as well. Everybody I know who has left has had the same thing happen to them as well. I know that there are no a ton of jobs out there but you have to get away from these crooks. Vanderhoof is very unstable all he cares about is ripping people off and yes that includes employee's. I see he has know found a new way to rip people off and that is very disturbing to hear. Chris Paskvan who owns the office here in vegas is the same way. He goes through employees at a rate of 3 per week. Start lookong for a new job and then tell him where to go? Best of luck.
