Horrible service from the word go. I had to chase them to get a quote and then continue to pursue them to get any answers. I'm glad I saw these reports before paying them a large sum of money as I was having serious doubts following my dealings with Lauren, a supposed manager and expert in dealing with removal issues. Do not use this company. They are awful.
