Complaint Review: Moveout.com

Moveout.com order was submitted wrong, they didn't confirm it was even received, now they want me to pay shipping charges AND 15% restocking fee for the incorrect order! Internet

I placed an order for their moving kit online on Weds. As I was placing it I noticed it listed 2 of the moving kits, not just one. When I tried to go back it didn't let me. When I tried to call, their phone lines were down and the person listed an email address which I could not understand and is not listed anywhere on their website. I did not receive any sort of confirmation that the order even when through until the boxes showed up at our door. Now I tried to call them to explain the error, to which their response was, I can ship them back, paying for shipping and in addition I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee!!! For boxes!!! They are listed as a BBB accredited store, but they are not listed on the BBB site.
