If you think about using Movers USA, Inc., here are some things you should know.

First, if you give them an estimate over the phone of how much you have based on items or your rooms, add an additional 5000 pounds. That's what they'll do when they come to pick up your items. If someone comes to the place where they will pick up your goods, make sure you get the final costs then, in writing. After they picked up my goods they tried to add an additional 5000 pounds. I asked them to have it weighed and it was not nearly as much as estimated. I also believe that they had another job on the same truck so my weight was escalated. I have requested that my goods be weighed before delivery so that I can do a comparison.
Also, make sure that you box everything that you can. The high prices that they charge for materials is outrageous.

Now what has my family most teed off is that they picked up our items on June 9. We still don't have them. We gave them a first delivery date of June 19. In our contracts it states that they have an extra 14 business days in case of bad weather or unforseen problem, but our sales person stated several times that it will be as close to the first delivery date we gave of June 19. When I called on June 19, our goods were still in storage.

Movers USA never had any intent of trying to deliver our goods on the first delivery date. So, if you dare use Movers USA and want your items on or close to the day where you want them delivered, I suggest you do the math and give them a date that includes their 14 days.
