Complaint Review: Movicomm Corp

Movicomm, Corp & Take4Less ripoff, I ordered ink cartridge for my Printer, they sent a non compatible cartridge and won't refund Miami Florida

I recieved the model number for the Ink Cartridge from Take4Less Web site, I put in my Printer's model number and it provided me with the generic model number to order. I had several back up cartridges before I placed my order, so by the time I actually inserted their cartridge I received a error message that it was not compatable. I then emailed the company. And was told via email "Quote" the c25 we sent you is the same as the c6625.
try reinstalling it, if it still does not work..
send the item back to address on invoice, WITH invoice and a replacement will be sent.
I did as I was instructed but before I sent it back I emailed them and what follows is copies of what was said.
just return with your full name as it appeared on your invoice.

I placed an order with you a while back I ordered two ink cartridges, one black and one color for my Hpdeskjet 94c printer. I just ran out of my color and inserted the one your company sent to me it is (C25A) COMPATIBLE. Well it's not "compatible." My printer sent me this message.

Did you install the correct color print cartridge?

Lift the front cover and wait for the print cartridge cradle to slide out. The print cartridge must be one of the following, depending upon your deskjet printer model:
hp deskjet 970C,972C,950C,952C,930C,932C printers require:
Tri-Color hp C6578Series print cartridge
hp deskjet 840C,842C and 843C printers require:

Tri-Color hp No. [17] (equivalent to C6625A ) print cartridge

What can we do now to rectify this problem?

i am sorry but after 8 months we cannot offer a refund on an item that is opened and an item that was sold and shipped as it was ordered on our website.

Claudia, the problem is that I obtained that model number from your web site and it "said" it "was" compatible with my printer. And that is not the case, and of course the only way I knew it was not compatible was when I inserted it into my printer and recieved a message that is "was not" compatible. As I see it the mistake is not my fault and I want either a replacement or I want a refund.
