Movicomm RIPOFF Non-delivery of order. Miami Florida
I placed an order for two printer cartridges and paid via PayPal 10/25/04. Communication very poor: little or no response to emails, voice messages, or fax. Can only leave voice messages; cannot talk to a person.
Claudia initial email reply said that company was transitioning to new warehouse, so I excercised a little patience to accommodate their process (bad decision). On 12/9/04, Claudia promised delivery by 12/17/04 but as of 1/8/05, I have not received the order, nor recevied a response from her.
I requested cancellation of order and refund via PayPal 1/5/05. Still waiting for response. My problem reported to PayPal twice. Since this transaction passed 30 days, they can only post and send notification to seller.
