Movie Express DVD Took my money and never sent product. This WEB company took my money FAST and did not send merchandise. Email is computer with no way to contact them. Internet
I ordered "The Golden Girls" DVD set. I purchase with my VISA on 8/9/09. The money was deducted from my account on 8/10/09The site stated that I would recieve an email. I never received on. I created and account for the purchase but now the site says I have no account. There is a customer service tab on the site, when you use it it rovide you and email address. I ahve sent about 6 emails and here is the statement I receive every time, "Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. We have been recently notified by our shipper of some delays due to stock issues. We appologize for any inconvenience and the delay. If you have not received your order you will very soon. Our shipper has received stock of all items and have been shipping delayed orders, also they have sent all Express so they will be received sooner.
Again we appologize for the delay we are just learning of it.

When I go to the site and enter my confirmation number it says number is not good. I have never received a tracking number. Still have not heard from the company nor have I received the DVD's. There is no telephone number for the company.
