I'm glad I've found some people with the same problem as me, however, I don't know what to do about this and need some help. I'm having a problem with this website pulling it's pop up on my computer telling me I have to pay for this or it won't stop. If this was downloaded on my computer, then I'm thinking that my 3 1/2 yr old did this. He's on here alot playing on disney and cartoon network websites. Although, if it was him, I'm not sure how he managed it.

I do have a security suite for my computer from my internet provider. I've tried manually searching for this file. I downloaded AdAware SE, that didn't work. I downloaded and paid for NoAdware 4.0 and that didn't work. I have to contact them about a refund hopefully. I've tried to change my IP. I called my Internet provider and they didn't know what to tell me. I need some serious help. I'm not concerned about them saying that we have to pay or anything like that, but this is extremely annoying to me considering the only way to get it off is to hit ctrl+alt+delete to get rid of it every time.

I don't understand this website anyways because it says free 3 day trial. You have to cancel within three days to not be obligated. Well, I wrote them an e-mail asking some information about why this was downloaded on my computer like whether someone had to fill out name and address, stuff like that. Of course, they never got back to me. How can a company be legit if you can't even call them. The only way to cancel is to e-mail them. But, they don't get back to you.

Can someone please tell me what I can do to stop this. I have done so much to try to get rid of it that I can't even remember it all and now I'm down to my last option which would be to wipe out my hard drive and re-install everything. I really don't want to do that. Please someone respond soon. THANKS!
