When I ordered the product the website stated that it was "In Stock-Ready to ship". The shipping rate posted at checkout was $1.25. One day later, I received an email stating that the item was on backorder and would be shipped in approx. 5 days. At this time my credit card had already been charged. They also promised to expidite shipping to me at no extra charge. So I waited several weeks and no package. I emailed them to ask when it would ship, and I was referred to My Account on their website which only said that it was Backordered. I waited another week, and I sent another email asking for specific informating. They then sent and email stating that they had sent an email (which I did not receive) on 1/12/06 saying that they could not ship my package at the rate that I paid, and they wanted me to pay an additional $15 for them to ship my package. I wrote them back saying that I expected them to ship my package for the agreed upon shipping price, and that if they made a mistake they should take care of that cost, not me. They then wrote back saying that my order had been canceled and they would issue a refund in 2-3 days. I emailed back to them stating that I did not want a refund. I only want the package that I ordered at the price I agreed to. I gave them 48 hours to send a delivery confirmation, or I would report them. Obviously, they did not. They have refunded my money, so at least I am not out that.
