First, take your CAPS lock off. Very annoying to a reader.
MOVER DUDES ONLY OWN TWO TRUCKS WITH ONE POTENTIAL DRIVER THEY WILL SELL YOU A BIG DREAM RUN AWAY FAR IF THE SALES REP TELLS YOU A MOVING DUDES TRUCK WILL SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR The time to figure this out is before you contact a mover.
MY ADVISE IS TO DISPUTE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DO NOT SIGN ANY CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM MOVING DUDES MAKES FALSE PROMISES ESPECIALLY YOUR DELIVERY WINDOW Credit card companies will resolve the dispute in the favor of the mover. They will show your CC company the contract with your signature on it, and that will be that.
THE COMPANY SHOULD NOT COLLECT YOUR BALANCE DUE IT'S CONSIDER A HOSTAGE LOAD Please stop giving people moving advice. Clearly you have no idea what a hostage load is. What you described is NOT a hostage load. A hostage load, according to the DOT, is when the mover quotes you a price and you sign the contract. After you sign the contract, the mover then calls and says you have to pay more in order to get your items and if you don't pay, then we won't deliver. Now, if you signed the contract, and says they won't deliver your items until you pay the balance, that isn't a hostage load. Payment before delivery is made is standard throughout the moving industry - even legitimate movers (not these movers) require payment before delivery.
PAYROLL CHECKS ARE NO GOOD UNABLE TO CASH RUN FAR AWAY DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT If you're a customer of a mover, then how could you possibly know the company's payroll checks are no good? Liar.
Why can't you simply tell the public you're a former employee and they suck as an employer? It's quite OK to say that. Don't lie. Why can't you simply tell the public don't contact this mover because they don't pay their employees. No consumer would want a disgruntled employee handling their furniture. Are you worried about that they'll find out who you are? It's OK - I'm sure they know who you are by filing the complaint.
Don't just make up a whole lot of stuff acting like you're a customer and then lie to the public about such things as hostage loads and payment delivery terms. It's bad enough that consumers are mislead legally by movers. It doesn't help when you give horrible advice.
Are they terrible movers? Well, almost every mover located in Florida is a terrible mover. Now that should be good advice to give anyone looking for a mover.
