BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I have moved 5 times before and i NEVER had an experience like i did with this Horrid of a company Moving Relocation System's and my coordinator Tim who was just A flat out LIAR! First i got a call, sounded very professional, went over my entire inventory and gave me a Binding Estimate!! Based on the list i gave him!!
Well the day of mt move they showed up with a rented u-haul and 2 guys to move my 4 bedroom home!!! When i asked the driver where the rest of the crewq was he said they don't even work for Moving Relocation they were just given my job too be picked up HUH??? I thought they owned there own trucks (as they needed to rent another u-haul to load all my thing's! Then when they first got their right when they walked in my home the first thing the Driver told me was "I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW THIS IS GOING TO COSY DOUBLE THE PRICE!!!
WHWN I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION WHY SINCE EVERYTHING PICKED UP WAS ON THE LIST NOT 1 BOX EXTRA HIS ANSWER WAS MY THINGS WERE BULKY!!! SO MY $4200.00 MOVE THEY TRIED TO TELL ME NOW IT WAS GOING TO BE OVER $9000.00!!! WELL WHEN I TRIED TO CALL MY MOVING COORDINATOR HIS ANSWER WAS "WELL IF YOUR STUFF IS BIG TOO BAD!! WHAT?? WHAT KIND OF COMPANY LOADS EVERTTHING ON 2 TRUCKS THEN TELLS YOU THAT YOU OWE AN EXTRA $5,000.00!! EVEN WORSE IT TOOK 3 WEEKS T O GEWT MY ITEMS FROM NJ TO FL! I JUST GOT ME DELIVERY IM MISSING 10 BOXES, ANTIQUE GRANDFATHER CLOCK SMASHED, MISSING MY QUEEN MATTRESS/BOXSPRING AND MY NEW SOFA HAD A HUGE TEAR IN IT
WHEN I LOOKED UP THE COMPANY AGAIN AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS I SHOULD OF SPENT MORE TIME READING THEM AS THEIR ALL VERY VAGUE AND CAN TELL WERE MADE UP AS THEIR YELP (WHICH IS THE ONLY HONORABLE SITE THEY LOOK HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.......

We would like to challenge the author of this report to provide support that the report has any facts whatsoever. This report and the other report about our alleged association with Quest Moving appeared after we fired 2 brothers who were employed by our company.
These 2 disgruntled employees Maxx and Josh then chose to post these 2 fake reviews about our company. We have no record of any customers we have serviced with the name Doug. Nothing. Please remove this fake report.
