Complaint Review: Moving Star Inc

  movers showed up 4 hours late for our move. They were supposed to arrive between the hours of 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on June 30th. They were to arrive at 2355 State Highway 360 apartment 1128. Your movers showed up at 8 p.m. to the delivery address of 5202 Alta Vista Lane. They were then rerouted to the pickup address the truck they showed up in was too small. We had to wait an hour and a half for a larger truck to show up. The delivery truck did not make it to the delivery location until almost midnight. And they were not finished unloading until 1:30 in the morning on July 1st. Your delay cost me an additional $45 in rent and your company was fully aware that we had to vacate by midnight June 30th. You damaged my TV and to add insult to injury your movers left sweat stains on my walls and furniture.
