Moving Star of California Destroyed a lamp, dishes, vas and mislocated my daughter's bicycle. They said they would pay .06$ a pound for damage and loss. I would have to have a summery notrized before they would do anything when they have the records of all transactions. They told me over the phone that if I had opted to buy there additional insurance I would have gotten full value for my goods. Ripoff Sacremento California
Moving Star of California was dishonest in presenting all information on costs and insurance for moving. They destroyed items that where not packed by there workers which are not replacable. This company needs to be stopped. they present themselves in a way that makes it very very difficult to follow through with a claim. They take atvantage of people because they kknow that you have so many other concerns during a move that an inspection of your goods will be one of the last things that is done.By the time we where able to do a complete inspection of our property, it was too late to redeem our loss. This company, in my opinion, is fradulent in every respect and should be investagated.
