Excessive reoccuring pet fees for no reason and unexcusable "late fees" when they take your on time rent money and add it to seperate fees without your concent.
Basement has been flooded for months rendering the laundry room unuable - not that the machines work right anyhow.
Very charismatic people upon meeting with them, claimed they would fix broken items in apartment but never did despite bringing it up multiple times.
Heater kept blowing out in the middle of winter, despite still having to pay over $300 in RG&E for a small apartment. Electric company said that this was inefficient (rotting out) and costing tenants hundreds every month but the land lords didn't want to spend the money to replace it.
Beautiful historic building has completely degraded into over priced slums. Storm windows? Gone. Electrical sockets? Unsafe for use - hope future tenants know an electritian.
Very Sad. These people have no respect for good tenants who pay on time.
