Complaint Review: Moxie Pest Control

After one year of paying this company not to kill any bugs around my home in Surprise Arizona, I attempted to cancel my contract. The "owner" contacted me and in "Total disbelief" offered me a free service to see if better results were possible. I was suckered into accepting the Free service which didn't prove any more fruitfull in killing any bugs around my home as the attempts I paid for over the past year.

Upon explaining this to the "Owner" of the Peoria Arizona location, he billed me for the service. I refused to pay and the jerk turned the account over to a collection service. I took the weekly calls from the collection service and allowed them to ding my credit just to make this jerk go away. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OR ANY MOXIE PEST CONTROL.
