I received a package on 8/3/2019 and it’s was from this company when I opened the package there was a Gucci scarf and a sales memo. This sales memo stated that the price of this scarf was 3850.00 and that the card that was given would be charge and that I agreed to this.

There is no phone number, address, website, no information at all to contact this company. I have never ordered anything like this. I don’t know what to do

I received the package in the main on August 3 also with a sales memo about owing 3850.00 Hong Kong dollars that says that the issuer of the card identified is authorized to pay the amount shown as total. I called my bank's credit card bureau and was told that there was nothing that can be done unless there is a claim to my account.

She advised that I return the merchandise with a note that I did not order this. I also was able to read the code on the memo that said Sun Plaza Duty Free Shop, 28 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

 I am having this same problem, and mine too got delivered today with the same price and wording and everything
