Moyers Heating and Cooling Repair your heater, destroy your wallet! Prescott Valley, Arizona
My old heater needed repair, Moyer's ended up breaking it instead. Then, they charged me just over $2k for a new heater. On the phone they said I could make payments, in writing they say I cannot. I've called to make payments but, their staff doesn't charge the card I provide.
I've been sending around $200/mo to pay it off. Now they've filed a mechanics lien on the property AND they're demanding financing fees. The financing fees are undocumented in any paperwork and they don't state how they are calculating them.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOYERS!!!!!

I searched for reviews before using this company, and the good ones outweighed the bad so I gave them a try, and I am so happy I did! From the moment they answered the phone to schedule my service, to when the technician came to my house, I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness! They fixed my furnace on the same day I called, and I didn't pay nearly as much as I thought I would! I am leaving reviews every where I can, so that stupid 'ripoff reports' like this don't stop people like me from using such a great company!

I do not understand the negative comments mentioned about moyers and feel that a post so outdated should be dropped. Moyers fixed my folks unit when no other company could. This companys name needs to removed from this page.

moyer's has the better service compared to all the others. The staff at moyers are very helpful and honest, I have been using moyer's since 2006 and they have never tried to charge me for things i didn't need. i am very happy with moyer's and would recommend moyer's to everyone.
