I ordered a tent from a website that appeared to be English/American. The tent took a long time to arrive and when it did the address was from China; not an initial concern, as many products come from that country. However, there was no return/exchange paper inside as with normal orders. Also, they sent a product looked absolutely nothing like the advertised tent. What I ordered was an automatic hydraulic-opening tent with a rain fly. What came was some tent folded into a disk with no fly and no opening apparatus. There were no instructions for operation and now the tent will not fold back into its original shipping position so that I can return it. I contacted the company several times and sent an email to the address on the confirmation email - no response and now I'm stuck with a tent that I cannot use.
This company is a rip-off. Don't believe anything they advertise on their website because it's a scam.
