Complaint Review: MP Incorporated

MP Incorporated Amanda Heard Sales Mission, Kansas

Director of Human Resource Amanda is disgustingly rude on the phone with me. I just wanted to have some of my questions answered, but she was very short and rude and did her best to avoid my questions. All she said was that I needed to come in and ask the hiring manager these very basic questions, but she refused to. Instead, she was getting very aggressive on the phone and I couldn't even understand her half of the time with her British accent. I believe that this is a pyramid scheme office. So please stay away from them especially her. It is a complete waist of your time. A lesson learned!

I worked at this establishment for several months. We were lied to and brainwashed on a daily basis - reminds me much of a colt. We were worked to death and if you think about the hours that were put in to the amount we were getting paid - it was NOTHING. This place is 100% commission and if you don't perform (have an off day or what not) you were in the dog house by Mike Palomba (who is the biggest p***k ever!!!!). I remember this girl that use to work there - I can't remember her name, had one of her "team-members" quit b/c the pipes in his house burst and Mike demanded that he come in anyone. I remember this girl upset b/c in order to move up in this company, you have to have 10 team-members on your team. 95% of the people that work(ed) there lied, cheated and stole. I've heard every single one of these people lie to customers in order to make a sale: Ingrid Bodelson, Kyle Hohendorf, Aaron Gedminas, Steven Steele, Will McFarlin, Ryan Herms, Nick Okami... there are more but I can't remember their names. Each one has lied to customers, went into the customer's houses (when it was FORBIDDEN and would get automatically FIRED) and have forced customers to sign up for U-Verse by using words like - well you already have the old at&t and it's planning to switch over to the new lines so you need to make the switch TODAY so I can give you the BEST deal. What a joke. Most of their "TOP SELLERS" were those who lied the most and had the highest cancellation rate. I spent so much money on gas and food - since our cars were our offices, my food would either be frozen or hot by the time we would be able to eat (4-5pm). If you did ANYTHING to piss off Mike (which was about anything) he would mistreat and talk about you to other members. For someone that is around 30 years old - you would think he would be more professional. As far as how individuals got 2nd round interviews - it was purely based on if he liked you and how many people you already had on your team NOT based on if you were a good performer or if you had the skill set to conduct an interview. As far as his wife, Amanda, she doesn't work there anymore b/c they had their baby - BUT still gets paid on payroll for sitting at home and watching The Real Housewives of whatever county, pretending to be their PR Specialist. Her objective was to get people into the door and to avoid questions at all cost. They are so rude to people who don't agree with the business or if door-to-door isn't their thing. They lash out at individuals all the time. If I were at&t, I'd find another way to get the U-Verse name out there beside using this company. At&t should be ashamed of themselves for a) hiring a company that conducts business this way, b) subject individuals to those conditions c) and not pay a salary PLUS commission or even offer benefits of any sort. The people that work at M.P. Incorporated give at&t a bad name and should be ashamed of themselves as well.

Outsourced Sales Firm...

Your husband must not know much about business. A pyramid scheme is a scam in which people pay money to a top source in hope of getting something in the future. Pyramid schemes do not involve the sale of a product, service, or produce revenue in any way. MP inc. is technically an outsourced marketing and sales firm which is currently one of the largest growing business industries. Look up Outsourced Marketing and Sales on Wikipedia for more information.

this is EXACTLY what happend to my husband!  When Amanda called to make sure he was coming to the "interview" and he told her "No, it seems pyramid scheme like", and she said "I have said nothing to make you believe that" and got really rude.  I agree!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!  It is sad how they are preying on people who need real jobs to support their families!
