Complaint Review: Mp3

Hq ripoff because kazaa is already free but they are calling it something else Internet .....

MP3 Charged my credit card so that I can have free downloads but all they were trying to give me was Kazaa and I already have that so I counldn't understand why it would not download because they are trying to call it something else lite or something like that well I emailed them concerning a refund of the 23.28 that they took from me the first email was on thursday 3/20 or friday 3/21

I'm not sure when I did it cause my computer did not save the first one but I got an email from them saying that my subscribtion was cancelled but they make no mention of my refund so I emailed them again on 3/22 letting them know that it was never downloaded into my computer and I want my refund but I'm not expecting to hear from them this time also so I lost a phony mp3 and 23.28 but if you can get that back for me I sure do thank you and the subscribtion date is 3/15/03
