Mp3downloadhq, ripoff, hold you on line to a foreign number (Tartu, Estonia) Internet
I saw an ad on the net that promised legal mp3 downloads. There is a number you can call if you don't want to use your credit card and that number is 01137270220701. I looked it up and it is a number in Tartu, Estonia. I got suspicious when they tried to keep me on the phone.
When I tried to log in to the promised site it would not accept my login. I also got a message that my application didn't go through but to phone back. I don't think so. I've reported it to the phone company. I have to pay the long distance charge plus an activation fee of around $28 U.S. and supposed monthly fee of $1 U.S. per month for the service.
I can't believe I fell for this. I guess I fell for the legal promise as my son is always downloading music to listen to.

Tere Joe. (That would mean 'hello' in Estonian.) I went and looked around that website and did some digging. The only number I see there that you can call is a 900 number. I couldn't find anything that went to a number in Estonia. Did you just try to sign up for this service recently? Did you use the 900 number and then it transferred you to a number in Estonia? I don't understand how you ended up calling overseas.
What I did find on this company is kinda interesting though, but I'm not sure how much it will help you in getting your money back. Let me show you why I say this.

I don't know if the phone number listed with this DNS info is good or not, but it appears it is a real number. You may want to give them a call and see if they can help you with this.
I'm sorry I can't help you any more with this. I hope someone else reading your report can offer more info for you.
Please keep in mind that any website can say they offer legal downloads, that doesn't make it true. Unless they have the permission of the music/movie companies who own the rights to the files you wanna download, you are paying to download warez. As we all know, warez is illegal and if caught with it in your computer, you CAN get into trouble with the law. Also a lot of download sites get their files from their users who upload them .. that in turn can put you at risk for getting all kinds of viruses. (Kaaza users went thru this BIG time last year, some are still paying the price.) Please make sure you are running an up to date anti-virus program if you are planning on downloading any files from the internet.
