Well, when you sign up, what you get is a trimmed down version of Kazaa that doesn't even work.

The problem here is that Kazaa is free to anyobdy who has access to the internet. So, these people are selling essentially not selling you anything, other than a good screwing out of your hard earned bucks.

There essentially is no refund policy. I cancelled within 15 minutes of signing up. They send an email saying that at the end of the term you signed up for (monthly, 12 or 24 mos.), your membership will not be renewed, but that you may enjoy the site for the duration of your existing membership.

This is fraudulent activity the likes of which i've rarely seen before. The company does not respond via their online response form.
