 They are a complete rip off they Charged me 97 bucks for some pads that didn't even work they were 100 percent faulty out the box not only that they refuse to replace my order very unprofessional

Customer is now happy and understands his complaint was unwarranted but this website will not let it be deleted even though the customer has asked them to do so.

Timeline: Customer ordered from us over 5 years ago on 11/13/11 - Customer emailed us about an issue they were having with an installation on 12/25/11. We responded to their email the following day (day after Christmas) on 12/26/11 and they never responded. Until 5 years later they posted this on this website. We pride ourselves in the best customer service available. Most emails get returned same day.

Here is what happend: Product was perfect but the customer had an issue with install and damaged the product. The customer contacted us via email to replace the product, we responded asking the customer to do a few troubleshooting steps so we could assure that the product had been damaged and figure out what happend. We never heard back from that customer again. They never called or emailed back again. We figured our trouble shooting had helped the customer and no futher attention was needed. 5 years later they posted this on this website and emailed us again telling us about it. 

Our great customer service: At 5 years with no contact, our policies did not allow any type of return however we sent them a brand new product after 5 years! Customer is happy. But they cannot get rid of this false report.

 They emailed me this morning said sorry for any inconvenience we will completely replace your order.They are very good at responding to emails.
