Purchased a 1400$ refurbished mpc2500 from mpcstuff.com that started failing a few months after purchasing. Found out the device came to me with a broken motherboard. There is no way that this device all of a sudden started malfunctioning. It had to have been like this from the start.  The motherboard for this  device costs around 500$. The device I recieved will restart by itself, it will freeze, and has an audio malfunction where it will actually start to crackle, and pop that could cause damage. It also has broken inputs on the back of the device, but somehow this was not seen when tested before shipping? A Complete joke!

Also this company tried ripping me off initially by not sending parts that were included with the original purchase. Have found out from others that this has happened to them as well, but this is a whole different problem.

My problem with this company is that the product I thought I was getting was fully tested, and in complete working order as stated on thier website. I believe their website is false advertising, and the product was misrepresented. The kicker is that they no longer sell this particular product anymore, and the part to fix the device they no longer carry. I believe they knew this device had issues, and only temporaliy fixed the device to hide its problems so they could sell it to an unsuspecting customer, ME. I was out of their 90 day warranty for a refund, and so I was willing to pay out of pocket to have this issue fixed, but was told they cannot fix it because they don't carry the part to fix it anymore.

They did offer a trade to have the product returned to them for another similar device in exchange, but was only offered 400$ for it! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Their customer service is very bad, and only responds with one line sentences. I know for a fact I was completley ripped off from the start, and this guy mike has the nerve to try, and rip me off again. This guy takes advantage of people, and it's not cool. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company once I knew that this company was not legit. The chargeback was denied because too much time had past or else I would of gotten my money back. I will never be purchasing from this company every again, and will be warning people online wherever I can to let them know NOT to do buisness with this company.

 Way back in ELEMENTARY SCHOOL little children learn how to write DOLLAR AMOUNTS. Its $1400 and $500. Why not at least attempt to write like an educated adult???
