BEWARE: Due to Mr. Gordy's illegal actions I have lost apprx $200k. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Mr Gordy has committed fraudulent activitiy against numerous people for several years.
Real name is Paul Thomas Gordy DOB (((REDACTED)))/61. I've learned through others who have been scammed by him that he also goes by Tom Gordy, Paul Gordy, Thomas Gordy, Paul Thomas, Thomas Gordy LTD, Thomas Gordy Corp, Grossberg Properties, etc...
I was introduced to Mr Gordy by a person I trusted (doctor & military officer) I wish I did more research before blindly trusting the words of my referral. This incident happened in 2014, after years of embarrassment and depression, I got the courage to file a civil suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against both Mr Gordy and the referral (see complaint below: filed Sept 1, 2017 - Case #BC 641502).
I represented myself in court because I had no money after Mr. Gordy illegal investments stole all of my savings. I won both court cases - October 2018 and January 2019. Both parties have since filed appeals on March 28, 2019 so the fight continues...
